I am not sure. The document does not clearly say.
But it definitely does say that parents should not subject children to medical procedures against medical advice and for non medical reasons. And that if anything is done it should be minimally invasive.

Certainly I have many criticisms regarding the document and do not agree with it on everything, and I think it often uses language that can be ambiguous and leaves out some important things, as you point out.

But it is definitely NOT a ringing endorsement of performing invasive surgery on all intersex individuals. While it does not completely reject all intervention it does actually seem to take more ambiguous and somewhat negative tone regarding it.

So I would say that part was certainly misrepresented.

Very well. I’m not a parent but I’ll be in one in the near future and these scenarios do concern me. I understand that if my infant is born with, for example, the defect that causes congestive heart failure, I want doctors to intervene and think about my child’s best interest and repair it but I want to be informed.

Probably because homosexuality has been depathologized by the DSM-V. It’s not seen as a mental disorder. True facts are not hate.

As for transgender, not a mental disorder. What’s treated is the dysphoria in individuals with it.

The problem is you didn't make a claim and support it you just kind of spammed statistics. That's generally the way things should go, say something and support it.

So what for example evidences that 80% of transgender people (tack a y onto the end of any particular groups identifyier IE whitey, jewy, blacky etc. and tell me if it sounds friendly) die before 30 and then explain why that implies being transgendder is a harmful mental disorder- noting that harmful, mental, and disorder are each their own claim.
