The article is too long to quote at once, so I just hit the highlights. It's an interesting possibility, but I have no idea how practical it would be.

Just in time for it to get stinkin' hot in Phoenix.

April 8: Avg. high -- 83F
May 1: 90F
May 31: 100F

So, a lot of night games?

I imagine they'd also schedule first pitch based on the "home" team's time zone, so they could get some East Coast teams' games in before the hottest part of the day.

Still no baseball yet.

In the meantime, what if the Browns moved to Los Angeles in 1942?

With Spring Training about to end, Opening Night on Thursday will have the Yankees v Nationals, and Giants v Dodgers. And yes it's gonna be a 60 game season.

And while I'm about 5 days late on this, here's a explanation on all 30 teams by our glorious UT

I watched last night's Mets v. Yankees game, and I'm watching the Yankees v. Phillies game right now.

Feels like a first weeks spring training game, except the pitchers are in form

The Natinals have their own World Series title, why are they still pretending to be the original Senators?

And the Yankees/Nationals game is under a rain delay with lighting strikes being seen, clearly mother nature hates sportsball.

The 1904 Washington Senators were playing so poorly in the summer of 1904 that Charley Dryden famously wrote, "Washington – first in war, first in peace, and last in the American League."

As usual, I don't tune in to the MLB regular season unless it's the All-Star Game or the playoff races.

Jesus Christ. FOX needs to either find a way to render these virtual crowds in every camera shot, or get rid of them entirely.

Really. I wish the announcers didn't feel the need to fill every single freakin' second of air time with chatter. Call the balls and strikes and the plays, maybe a little about the players but shut up and let me watch the game, FFS!

The mets have cardboard cut outs of.the fans in the stands, they charged 86 dollars per and donated the money to charity.

3 mets bought in and have pictures of their dogs sitting together in the right field stands. Matz just gave up a home run, hit conforto's dog right in the snout.

In march SNY played the 69 world series, lindsey nelson, and Vince Scully doing the call. What a fricken pleasure. Just one guy talking,
