Why not 20 teams playing each other based on fan ballot.

I'd reduce the playoffs as it is. One wildcard, and the wildcard series is an actual 3-game series.

I'd reduce the playoffs, one wild card game per league, best of 3 for the division, 5 for the championship and World Series.

Manchester City have been banned from European club competition for the next two seasons after being found to have committed "serious breaches" of Uefa's club licensing and financial fair play regulations.

The reigning Premier League champions have also been fined 30m euros (£25m).

Banning a team for two years while requiring them to honor their players' contracts will cost the owner a fortune. That'll keep them honest, even more than stripping titles would. (Admittedly, I think stripping the titles would be a good start.)

The tail and eyebrows are a lighter blue, plus different socks and shoes. The rest is academic.

It's funny though, last season the Phillies changed their blue to a darker shade, now they're making the Phanatic's blue trim even lighter.
