There aren't, you can't let him get to the end of the 8th with 90. 95 pitches. Then you have to let him out the 9th. The 7th is as far as you can let him go.

This isn't the first time this has happened. David cone coming back from his shoulder surgery had the same thing happen.

While building up its considered unsafe to go more than 15 or so more pitches per start.

The Dodgers are asking for a naming rights deal for their field. Granted it's not Dodgers Stadium that's gonna be changed but it's still a significant move to find a sponsor for naming rights.
