The way Muhammad (may the peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) spoke as recorded in the Hadith is very eloquent and elevated and distinct in style and grammar, yet it is quite different from the Qur'an's and any scholar of Arabic could immediately distinguish the two.

As in, send another prophet? No, Muhammad is the last one. As in, give you a rush of intense emotion you couldn't explain when doing something benevolent? Maybe.

Except my claim is not extraordinary. Nothing changes about reality if I ate plants. Given that I am vegan, it would not be out of the ordinary. On the other hand, you claim that allah sent a typhoon. That is extraordinary. You’ll need more proof for that than I will. We could do many things to prove I ate plants tonight, like asking my roomie, asking the clerk I bought the veggies from, etc.

You have no proof for the typhoon, and screaming a tu quoque fallacy is just plain ignorant of you. You have the burden of proof to prove allah (who is not great) and I do not.
