Because coming out isn't punishable, it's the actual sex that's punishable. Yes, homosexuality is wrong and no one should wear it is a badge of honor, but it's not punishable either. It's only the actual homosexual sex that is punishable.

Can't but you have to convict in a court. Promoting homosexuality is haram though which "coming out" could be construed as in certain madhahib, but it's not a capital offense I don't believe.

It supports slavery, genocide, wanton murder, (in certain situations) lying, unjust war, and subjugation of "the other". That makes it demonstrably evil. And anyone who supports it evil by proxy.

I don't need to "Demonstrate" slavery is evil. It is owning of another person, that makes it evil. Genocide and wanton killing are both supported by god because god literally has done them (Genocide being, you know, the entire story of Noah. Wanton killings happening across the story for hundreds of different examples, for example the mass murder of all Coptic Firstborns in Moses' story). And Jihad is unjust because war based on religion is.
And uh, governments don't claim to be the source of all good. You'll find few who think a government is source of good.
