Aw, they took Fly Me to the Moon out of Evangelion in the Netflix release.
That’s just disappointing.

The song? If so, it's probably a copyright issue.

It's for that reason the scene of Frasier suddenly blasting out "Great Balls of Fire" on piano was cut from the DVD of Frasier. It was such a great little vignette. I was miffed.

I get it, but I feel like Netflix could afford it for one of the most popular and most-wanted series of all time.

You'd think so, but Netflix is too busy with the requests from irate evangelical blowhards to cancel Good Omens.

That's an easy one to solve for Netflix.

Just state that they won't be showing it anymore.

They'd be busy if the evangelicals sent them to the right place lol.

But how about those who actually watch the show? Unless there’re more complains than viewers.

True, and Good Omens will continue to be profitable even when Netflix doesn't show it.

You do not need to be religious in order to be constantly offended, but it most certainly makes it easier.

Guess that’s no problem. People can watch in other places. Just wondering how people would react to it being gone from Netflix.

Some AI company/maker could’ve created a Tay-esque bot for NS and we would have no idea.

If I were Microsoft/Bing I would definitely test my bots during NS Summer.
If it learns to say stuff like “This is the hottest model of all time, nude photos here, also we should be able to deny the Holocaust,” then we got some fixin’ to do.
If it doesn’t, then hopefully it learned other, non-spam Nazi things.

Looks like the irate evangelicals I previously mentioned are not the only ones who are unaware of certain facts. We could do this all day.

I think the best we could hope for is for it to turn out really snarky and with lots of opinions on every topic, especially on ones it knows nothing about.
