How?

It's so generic.

And it all seems so low stakes.

I nearly fell asleep by the time they got to the desert chase.

The "humour" wasn't really all that funny. Also, what's with this "Pawn-y" character? (was it to sell toys?)

Can't take the movie seriously at all

Maybe its just a mismatch of expectations. But at least something like MIB III still had a decently interesting antagonist, good balance between humour and seriousness, and the pacing was less strange.

Ah, Finding Screamo, the lesser-known tale of the three-spined toadfish searching for its mother.

The studio should have sued, but the fish wasn't as cute and they never had the money.

A good movie would be something that has deep writing, deep meaning to it through shallow-surfaced interactions. It seems as if they just did it for the money, and didn’t really go through the plot as much.

Let's come up with a top 10 personal favourites... everyone

include even "bad taste" options so long as its a top 10 for you personally

Not sure about my top ten, but Schindler's List and Life of Pi are two of my favorites. I'm not sure if that makes my taste in movies good or bad, though.

Oh. I thought it was a reference to the MIB movie.

Around the World in 80 days (2004) and Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle (2017) are two of my favourites. Include the Back to the Future trilogy as well. I know I have more favourites than just these. But I forget about them. [I wonder why?]

In no particular order
Dramas

Casablanca
North by northwest
Maltese falcon
The killers
High noon.

Comedy
A funny thing happened on the way to the forum
Monty python and the holy grail
The producers. (Original)
Dr strangelove
Duck soup.

Heat can cause radiation. Now with this knowledge you should be able to think up plenty of radiation themed pick up lines.

Only believable if you drop dead directly after uttering that line, while steam generated by your boiling blood escapes from every orifice.
