And my point is there's not really any reason to be expecting deep writing from a series that pulled that in its first sequel.

I listen to a fair amount of alt-idol groups, anime music and vocaloid stuff, but it leans heavily towards the musically heavier end. The same is often true there though.

A good movie would be something that has deep writing, deep meaning to it through shallow-surfaced interactions. It seems as if they just did it for the money, and didn’t really go through the plot as much.
