Same here. The scent is amazing, but it tastes gross and I couldn't see how all my classmates in high school were able to down so much coffee and energy drinks in a day.

By the way, why does TET move so slowly lately? Only 325 pages in 2.5 months? Back in my day we'd go through a thread every week.

It’s better, a slower thread. IMO. Convos seem to be also better.

Usually the TET threads renew on an average of every 2.5 months. It’s been 2.5 months and only 325 pages, so you’re right when you say it’s going quite slowly for this version.

But I like the slower conversations. They’re easier to catch up and when I wake up in the morning, I can easily get sense of how the conversation is changed and then relate to that. Unlike waking up in the morning to read a totally brand new conversation...

And I think it’s because more topics and debates are popping up on the General Forum, like the recent defecation forum... so some of us rather debate than to stay in the TET.

Indeed.

In my experience, TET threads are usually fast when it's in the middle of winter. During the summer months, it seems to slow down, which is ironic considering that NS Summer is a thing.

GhostLand is referring to a time in which TETs could reach the 500 page limit in a week or so. At one point, this thread moved incredibly fast. Too fast.

I didn’t know that! My research into TET’s history went as far back as part 100 only, seen a couple before that but never analysed them. 500 pages in 1 week is frightening!

That used to be TET. Yep. It moved at quite the speed. Of course, it was used a lot by some posters to inflate postcount because for some reason, that mattered to them I guess. *shrug*

According to NSIndex, the shortest TETs only lasted three days.

I wasn't around for that but I don't think I could've kept up the pace. I think this is a nice speed.

At many times of the day TET's banter throughput is insufficient to provide the thinking man with effective distraction from existential terror.

I suggest we catch us some new Greeters using spamtraps and investigate blood rituals to bind any passing Summerfriends to the thread.

Those might well be linked. I know I want to spend much less time in NSG, even in TET, after seeing a glut of threads praising the Nazis or advocating another idiot new age explanation for the universe.

We need to dig a deeper TET bunker and hope the summer storms pass by overhead.
