I rarely *checks papers*, I never recommend youtube videos for people to watch.

So here's Simon Foster talking about how he made the graphics for Roller Coaster Tycoon 2 and a better way that he should have done.

Apparently, up until sometime in the 80's, you could see UV light if you had your lens removed through cataract surgery. (Modern artifical lenses block UV light, because it could destroy your retna). What does UV light look? Is it destinct enough from every other colour. Surely, someone here has had cataract surgery before the mid-80's

For anyone that cares (which is probably very few), the summary of the Tube Adventure is as follows:

Took a District train from Hornchurch to Upminster Bridge and vice versa 4 times, then took another train from Hornchurch to Upney, then a 3rd from Upney to Dagenham East, then from Dagenham East to Barking, then took a Hammersmith and City train to East Ham and back twice, then took a District train to East Ham, then another Hammersmith and City train from to Barking, then took a District to West Ham, then a Jubilee to Stratford, then a Central to Lancaster Gate, then another to Marble Arch, then another to Holland Park, and then another to Bond Street, then a Jubilee to Green Park, then a Piccadilly to Piccadilly Circus, then a Bakerloo to Oxford Circus, then a Victoria to Warren Street, then a Hammersmith and City to Edgware, and finally a Bakerloo to Kensal Green.

They describe a glorious adventure with many perils, in which the public transport system of London was challenged and survived! Now that's what I call advanced excitement for the modern age!
