This gives me completely different results to the 8values quiz, it needs tweaking. I am definitely not a globalist or a progressive, and i don't think the answers I provided (eg abolish the UN) make sense with the results I was given.

Feels like those scales need a bit of tweaking, bit too keen to put people on the far ends.

The American Empire is a socially progressive absolute monarchy run by the heirs of Emperor Norton. It started off at MT but has rapidly advanced to PMT through interdimensional travel. All NSstats are used, except for tax rate and population. Factbooks are currently under reconstruction.

I dont really like this test. For example, just because I am skeptical of democracy hardly makes me an authoritarian or monarchist. But that's what you get with linear questions I guess.

Secondly it conflates using or believing in any military at all = being militant which is not the case. You can support a decent military without being bellicose.

I honestly think that the alternatives are better; this one needs more work.

Tfw a test has 9 axes and it's still too linear.

The problem with this test (as many political tests) is it presents each question as an either-or scenario: either you support THIS, or you support THIS. Even with its multiple axes it falls to this trap.

I'd say this is pretty accurate. Then again, i have minor interest in politics and i can't remember the last time i even took a political spectrum test.

IIRC, isidewith.com managed to avoid that pitfall somewhat.

Properly scaled it should probably be "moderate authoritarian" and, at most, "extreme assimilationist".

Yeah, you're right, I overreacted before realizing how it skewed the results to be more radical by having few questions.

Like with all tests, this is not an one-size-fits-all, but to be fair, we have yet to see how the full version fares.

The short one is accurate for the most of us, while not so for the rest. Your Mileage May Vary thing!

At some point, if you keep adding more axes, it defeats the purpose of having a test because you're just regurgitating what the user told you rather than analyzing it.

I'm guessing the starting point is whatever the situation is in your country. Not sure how the quiz is US-biased (although I strongly agree that it's Anglosphere-biased, as most English-language quizzes are.)

Not sure what that’s supposed to mean. Lol.

A bit ‘Murica-centric, maybe, ehh? :o Also kinda miss the environment dimension..

There was no environment dimension in 8values either. It was lumped in with the Progress-Tradition axis.

Well, English language quizzes mainly originate from the Anglo sphere :p

I think there should have been an axes to differentiate between government and anarchy because I don't think authority vs democracy is very accurate because I'm anti-authoritarian but also anti-democracy.
