It depends on how one uses the term "centrism", some people view it as synonymous with "moderate", some view it as having a synthesis of left and right philosophical views.

I'd personally consider myself as a centrist of the latter type.

Some ideologies or idealists like Codreanu are, I think, demanding too much from people. The majority of people cannot in the long run live up to such high and demanding ideals. Be they be political, ideological or spiritual. Sometimes even the short one isnt working but for a few years at best.
