I personally don’t think it’s racist to have ethnic and/or racial preferences in dating, I think it’s just your personal preference, with no ill will attached. In fact, I think inter ethnic and interracial is a good thing for society and human genetics, decreasing the amount of racism in society and increasing genetic admixture to facilitate the further evolution of humanity.

I think you're a bit wrong about genetics. You should read more scientific studies on DNA or related genetics. Black Africans are very different of all other human races. Their skin color do not change even after many generations despite others do. For example, a Chinese descendant may become different over 7 generations in another continent than in Asia. Even an Indian or an Indonesian decendant may change his skin after 8 - 10 generations. But the skin of a Black African descendant remain same despite the change of a clime, a continent or a planet.
And remember that many or some Africans had cannibalistic behavior till the modern days.
Also, if you don't fear of places like Senegal, Togo etc. renowned for scams and fake accounts of millions Dollars promoted by fake brides in the dating advertisements everywhere on the planet...

I was thinking Uyghurs in particular, but Turkic peoples in general. Genghis Khan was a redhead, as many people forget. You can find Arab blondes and Berber gingers. Blue eyes can naturally (ie in mostly non-mixed race people) be found as far east as Korea and as far south as the Swahili Coast. People tend to make stronger racial distinctions for individual traits than actually exist, tbh.

Maybe lots of white Americans. Because they mated with such genes partially. Americans were more conservative in the past so they didn't mated completely in genetics. But a Black African mating with a Black African will only have Black descendants.

Because as population density increases in those places birth rates will decrease.
Have a child becomes more and more expensive as density increases and society urbanizes.
