It's not a real Tiger (as the only real running one is 131 and that's not for sale), it's an entirely rebuilt replica of a Tiger built on a T-34 chassis. It's not like it was just pulled out of a warehouse, a lot of work went into it.

iirc the Kuwaitis used them to great effect to tear open Iraqi T-72's in 91, similar reports came out of Iran
