I actually don't think that America should institute a monarchy, since that would clash with the Constitution quite a lot, but assuming that it did, the best solution would probably be an Old World Dynasty. Perhaps a mixed race royal since that would avoid ethnic favoritism.

Though, if America established a monarchy it wouldn't last long. At best, political party X would disband it after a couple of months of filibustering or at worst the nation will devolve into bloody revolution as they refuse to have an unsecular institution in their secular government.

Most religious people I know don't believe that ensoulment happens at birth. They follow the Creationist doctrine, which is that God creates the soul at conception. There are some rare Traducians, but they're mostly extinct, iirc.

Just look at any history book, William the Conqueror, The Habsburgs, The Saudi dynasty, the various dynasties of China, Spain, Leopold ii, Viking Warlords, The HRE Duchies, etc, what do they all have in common? Human rights abuses. Burning down villages, killing for the simplest of crimes, committing war crimes, crusades, inquisitions, Jihads, Colonization, Imperialism, Censorship, Rape, Incest, Murder, Abuse of the Lower Class for wealth, and corruption.


And those are just the crimes and criminals I can name off the top of my head.

I would dispute that because at the point of conception, a fetus has no feelings or identity, and therefore, abortion would not be akin to not having concern for a fully conscious person's life. But fair enough. It's honestly a topic which gets boring after awhile.
