Should we, as a Human beings, be just judging a person by their skin, belief, sex, sex preference, class, nationality, disability, age, etc.
Or
Should we be judging a person by the content of their character/personality and actions.

I tend to judge people on how polite (or rude) they are towards the civil servants, or your everyday staff such as the bus captains, ticket operators, servers, janitors, etc.

Unless they are hostile to you, there's no right for you to verbally abuse those that are just trying to do their job. After all, they are humans like you and I, and should not be vented on for just doing their job. Usually, they have to adhere by some policies that are asked of them by their hiring firms and companies, even if they don't like some of it.
