I think context matters alot with n word. It is undoubtedly a racial slur and you should not be going saying it lightly but acting like saying it makes you automatically racist is a mistake. If your going shouting things like "fuck you n word" then yeah your a racist as your using it to insult black people. But if you say just blurt it out when your pissed at a game or something well I would say it would dumb and wrong of you to say it but your not necessarily racist.

I'm confused, I usually yell "fucking Christ" or "God Dammit" when I'm pissed at a game. Never the N word. Why, why would that be the word to reach for out of anger? Not sure I comprehend.

Anyways, don't use the N word. I mean, it's not like we can have legislation on it, free speech is still a thing. But if a racist dipshit decides to use the word as a slur directed towards an African-American, then I'd have no problem with said racist dipshit taking a nice slap to the face.

While I agree that it isn't in my repertoire of angry curses, I can see why someone would use it that way. It's a swear and an especially verboten one at that, which makes it a more powerful expression of outrage. I wouldn't suggest anyone use it that way but it seems like a natural result of making it so taboo.

But in all seriousness, just don't say it. It's not that hard to not say a word. Context still matters, of course, but even then it's pretty limited to, to name a few examples, teachers making a point in a classroom setting, or actors saying lines off a script, and even then that should probably be thoroughly vetted by dramaturgs so as to make sure guys like Quentin Tarantino aren't just sprinkling the n word onto their script for no reason (not saying he does do that, btw).
