Defending Felicie from the nobles gives me a ton of powerful enemies among the nobility - even if the ones directly involved in the plot get purged. Their families and allies may not be able to finish off Felicie, but they can take revenge against a weaker player that resulted in the failure and/or deaths of their friends.I may not survive the next year, month, or week.

Letting the nobles kill Felicie has no consequences to speak of. The king is so idiotic he can easily get swayed into buying a coverup. Felicie can't avenge herself because she's dead.

So walk out. If I didn't see it happen, it didn't happen. I'm not going to watch the show. This guy just happened to be absent when Felecie met her mysterious end.

However, the heat gets to me. Too many people in that room saw me leave her to her doom. I’m more just curious if a communist message focused on peasants working the land to take down their lords and religion would take hold in a significant population in a medieval society, and if so if a communist rebellion could be successful in a era where warfare is still dominated by a military elite trained for warfare their whole lives.
I’m less interested in how it’d function once it’s established then I am in just seeing what would happen
