Not really enough. I once signed a document to serve and protect the Monarchy of the United Kingdom from all enemies. I would have to do that with you.

On the flip side, it didn't define how I'd have to do that. Be prepared to be tied down and tickled until you change your mind. :)

Yes. Why keep up the veneer of being a respectable country when you can just don the wig and facepaint of BoJo the Clown.

Because that veneer represents the minority of the nation who aren’t moronic clowns? Representative democracy and all.

So, who else is starting to seriously think that there will be a general election by November at the latest after these results?

Because they would lose and be forced into a Tory-Brexit Coalition? Yeah, I see what you mean.

A Tory-ChUK coalition would be better. But I fear both would need a miracle for that to be feasible.

Not quite. The EU vote's going to scare the Tories away from choosing anything resembling a remainer. That means that under Johnson, the Tories and the Brexit Party could have a lot more common ground than some would think.

But that could lead to a hard Brexit, which is rather scary.

This operates on the assumption that most Labour voters would prefer to remain and that most Conservative voters would prefer to leave. Neither is absolutely clear at this stage, but the latter seems more likely than the former.

And if we take both parties out of the equation it still skews Remain.

If you take both parties out of the equation you're ignoring almost a quarter of the electorate.
