By focusing more on U-Boats and Hitler, rather than being a army colonel signed up in the navy and realized the importance of Naval power and would've destroyed the Royal Navy and French one if Hitler was a naval man rather than an army man.

I'm not staff, but you definitely want to expand your op. To answer your question, if the Nazis didn't stupidly invade Russia, they probably would have had a better chance at winning. Thankfully Hitler wasn't that smart.

Copying Napoleon and not allotting enough time was a dumb move. Napoleon got beaten even when Russia’s military was outdated and weak. The Soviets grew stronger from previous years.

The winters in Russia are brutal, so invading Russia to begin with is a pretty dumb move.

Well,i don't know, for one, Italy would have to be actually capable of doing stuff. For second, they would need more oil. Maybe, if, i don't know, they had discovered oil in Libya or another random colony that the axis owned, the germans wouldn't need to invade the soviets to lebensraun their resources. They would then have to make up an peace treaty with the Allies, somehow, and THEN, ONLY THEN, Could the germans ever hope of standing a chance against the soviets.

One has to remember that the Pacific side never stopped after WWI. The blunder they had was attacking the US. Their resources/supply lines were already thin so when they went after the states they met a group that could pick off islands one by one. (Very short version of reality)

It was Japan that cost the AXIS the war.

Germany knew it couldn't fight Russia and US at same time. They discouraged the attacks on Pearl Harbor.

For the very short time the Reich existed, the advances in science (and by extent the military) were huge. They were just not big enough to over come self determination and one angry nation that was willing to help with that.

There is no plausible outcome where Germany or Japan would have won outright. All empires that stretch to far from their epicenter will eventually collapse. A lesson Americans refuse to be true. (Military presence in 165 different nation as one example.)

Honestly, the Axis could have won had they not let Hitler:

A) Command the Luftwaffe to attack cities instead of airfields and naval bases and such
B) Invade Russia for ‘mein Lebensraum’
C) Be a psychopath.

And also, for Japan, not attacking America.

I understand that C is impossible, as being a psychopath isn’t something you can just ‘not let happen’, but in that case, the solution would be letting Rommel or Göring become leader.

Having the manpower to actually win a war of attrition. Having a reliable supply of natural fossil fuels. Having a well-paid and well-treated pool of willing foreign laborers.

Or alternately, crossing their fingers and praying several dozens of Tunguska-sized meteorites magically hit the USA and the USSR simultaneously.
