Keep discrimination for yourself, it may NOT be used to judge people in public places.

You can say in general that African people are lazy compared with SE-Asians. Then it's more important to put yourself in the intellectual corner and ask yourself what is the cause of this problem ?

What about chain smokers and productivity: may we discriminate these people who destroy their own life (discrimination based on health) ?

It's a very difficult topic with cultural differences, economical factors and external environmental factors how people grew up.

But for religion, no way!
