That however still does not make me think that a likely scenario is some sort of right wing coverup rather than the idea that Smollet is fabricating things when looking at the evidence to this particular incident.

Honestly unless Smollet provides new evidence I honestly see this leading to this whole thing being declared as fake which will sadly hurt real victims coming forward.
