The investigation was done over only a few days and the proof that Vic has done anything wrong isn't forthcoming other than rumor or speculation. If Vic is guilty to any degree, what convinces me more is the fact that Vic himself is apologizing for his behavior on his official page, implying that he recognizes that he wasn't disciplined enough or that it is partially true. If Vic genuinely believed that he's done nothing wrong, he could double down like Donald Trump would and call everyone a liar.
What we do know is that Vic has kept quiet for the most part and perhaps gotten a lawyer whilst his former coworkers are just badmouthing him and blowing up with internet randoms over social media if they dare to ask questions or be skeptical. The behavior of Monica Rial and Jamie Marchi makes me suspect that they might be full of BS on this at worst, or are just going about all of this unprofessionally at best.
