Where does it say that? Also, the writters of the Bible (at least the NT) knew that the Earth were round, so I don't see how that would have been possible

Presumably somewhere in the Old Testament then. The number of references to the Earth being supported by pillars, and other textual clues indicate that much of the Old Testament supports a fairly common Mesopotamian understanding of the Earth as being suspended by pillars between primordial waters under a crystal (or possibly Bronze) dome of sky.

I'm not defending it, I'm just showing you that Mount Olympus in mythology is generally considered to be separate from the actual Mount Olympus.

It doesn't, I was strawmanning your religion just like you were ours.

Also, 1 Chronicles 16:30, Psalm 93:1, Psalm 96:10, Psalm 104:5. While it doesn't prove that they thought the Earth is flat, it does show that the bronze-aged barbarians of the Middle East weren't expert cosmologists either

And I don't think when Paul said "the earth cannot be moved" I don't think he was referring to the earth revolving around the sun.

Someone on Quora said that said lever would actually need to be longer than the known Universe. Not sure how accurate that claim is though.

There are formulas for figuring that out, so it could be right. They specified 100 pounds of force, which could easily be increased. Anyway, Archimedes tended to be a little ... enthusiastic. I mean, okay, you figured out how to tell if the crown was gold or an alloy, but seriously, dude, put some clothes on.

I'd like to think his fellow Hellene Diogenes was discovering something profound every day, but I know that his behavior wasn't really down to a discovery as such, but rather acting as a mirror of society by being a troll.

Does anyone actually know why anyone does absolutely anything? It's all conjecture based on what could be erroneous perception.
