A Genie Hypothetical

I haven't seen this thread yet so I am gonna post it here.

You're in Arabia, wandering the deserts of nearby Damascus when you come across an old oil lamp. Seeing a weird engraving on it, you rub it to find a very western-style genie come from it. This Genie, grateful that you have released him from his torment stuck in the lamp, has decided to grant you three wishes. The only rules are that you cannot wish for more, no killing people, no forcing people to fall in love, reviving the dead, nor wish for something that will cause the rules to become ineffective. What would you wish for?

Honestly, I would need to decide, but off the top of my head I would wish to be so persuasive that I can convince even the most stubborn being in the universe to do anything, I would also wish for a credit card with unlimited credit/money (and won't break the economy at the same time), and I would also wish for a sandwich... yeah, I was pretty hungry writing this thread. But what say you NSG?

The second wish involves turning the genie into an adonis, with everything generously proportioned and turning him homo. But, let's be honest with ourselves, the genie is already going to be a flaming homo, so the latter will be unnecessary.

The third wish will be for several different houses in prime locations around the world with a constant trickle of money for me and the genie to live with.

I don't know if life has a character creation menu to the same level that I'd want one to be, you know what the devs are like. As for immortality, just a bit of redundancy for safety's sake.
