They say IQ at 100% = average White; average East Asian = 103%; fine, a few percentage either way average Black USA = 85%; average Black Africa = 75%.
I could easily believe if the numbers were a few percent, but these numbers are way too high.
There are ZERO videos proposing sensible numbers. All the anti is PC.
Over 10 generations of Slavery, massahs would cull the herd. They would breed out any tendency to intelligence. This theory fails IF USA Blacks are more intelligent than Africa Blacks. And it fails if 10 generations ain't long enough.
