How about giving us some groundwork on how the terrible idea you keep spamming would work? Or why the government should force people to follow religious law? Or what constitutes a religion in this society (For example, I could create my own religion that says I get to do whatever I want without repercussions, and under this system, I would be forced to follow it)?

Keep in mind though that homosexuality is only mentioned like, maybe twice in the NT. Most of what people have against homosexuality is in the OT, which Christians aren't supposed to follow.
