I mean, telling people they should have stances on modern day issues doesn't sound bad, citizens should be invested in their society and its politics.

they are not teaching gay history, they are teaching look at the good things gays do, they are not icky, which is a decent enough of an idea. there is also a component in the bill to do the same for the disabled.

Mildly annoys me as it should just fall under human history. Unless it does in which case ignore this comment. (I was under the impression by the title that it's like a whole new elective.)

Well, the article says "required" so it's not an elective. It'll probably be worked into the US/World History classes by most districts.

If taught in a certain way would this count as grooming?

What we need, though, is decent infrastructure outside of Philadelphia and Pittsburgh, and a swift and just and humane end to the opioid crisis.

My NS stats are not indicative of my OOC views. NS stats are meant to be rather silly. My OOC political and ideological inspirations are as such:
The Republic, by Plato | Leviathan, by Thomas Hobbes | The Confucian civil service system of imperial China | The "Golden Liberty" elective
monarchy system of the Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth | The corporatist/technocratic philosophy of Henri de Saint-Simon | The communitarian
ideological framework of the Singaporean People's Action Party | "New Deal"-style societal regimentation | Kantian/Mohist/Stoic philosophy

There are entire classes dedicated purely to LGBT history?

I've seen classes here devoted to black history, but I haven't seen these before.

Also...

Uh, no.

I seriously doubt it. Probably would be a college class anyway.

If it isn’t two straight hours of Ancient Greek and Iberian Moorish same-sex love, is it really an LGBT history class?

And that will never happen because our governor and legislature are weak and ineffective as all Hell.
