I think a lot of people collect things others find odd. My wife collects tea sets, which some might find a little weird. In the digital age even my book and DVD collections probably seem a little curious to those who buy digital copies of everything.

Okay?

Nope. I don't find them displeasing nor do I find them adorable.

You don’t want to hug or talk to them?

Nah. When I see them I think of giving them to my wife because she likes that kind of stuff. They're like tea sets to me: I have no concern or interest for them outside of giving them as a gift to my wife. It's rather similar to how she considers video games and juggling balls, I expect; something she doesn't really have interest in but knows I enjoy.

Okay?

I agree. Except the extremely disturbing dragon that my sister had once.

How bad was it?

It glowed in the dark and could sing, so it was horrific. But other than that, stuffed animals are adorable.

I was still highly attached to my favorite plushie until the age of 11 or 12.

I accept my inevitable fate as a femboy, despite currently being a perfectly normal man.

I prefer femboys to “macho men” like Arnold Swrz. or Stallone

Age has definitely taken its toll on ol' Arnold's bodybuilder physique, but yeah, anything above the "athletic" body type is not very attractive to me.

Joke's on you, your humorless overbearing attitude is way more likely to damage a kid than any of the "warning signs" you're worried about.

Pretty sure the presence of incels would suggest otherwise.

I would've made the same observation regarding pick-up artists, who are desperate to not sleep alone but also treat those they sleep with as more disposable than a stuffed animal.

Right on! I understand the convenience of digital media but I'm very attached to tactile things like reading a physical book or popping open a DVD case.

I have a stuffed purple moose that I've had since before I could walk, in a few years it will be 30 years old. I've since given it over to my own toddler, although he is way more interested in matchbox cars than stuffed animals.

I see nothing wrong with still owning / purchasing stuffed animals into adulthood, in moderation of course, as with all things.

How do you define "athletic"?

I'll agree that bodybuilders aren't very attractive to me, though I think that's got more to do with the comparative uselessness of all their mass. Female powerlifters, on the other hand? Yowza! None of that muscle is for show! Strength is sexy. Pointless hypertrophy is not.

If a male or a female has a frontal body that is so hard and firm that it looks like there are massive muscular chunks of hard meat... (on the scale of Arnold) then for me a line has been crossed

Obviously there’s a scale and a spectrum that’s hard to delineate, but if it’s crossed

It just feels really “meaty” if you get what I mean? The idea of rubbing against/getting rubbed against by that kind of a hard mass is a bit of a turn off
