I am glad this forum is quite friendly towards stuffed toys.

In real life though, many a times when people see my toys they have a look that kind of reads:

“Dafuq?” Like raised eyebrows and disapproving frowns and stuff

Depends on the kind of toys you choose to display.

Displaying a bunch of teddy bears is a far different story comparing to displaying Ouija boards or the contents of the self-pleasure drawer.

I'll keep this advice in mind

I don't know. A lot of people might find a display of Ouija boards less eyebrow raising than a stuffed animal collection, at least for a person in their twenties.

Eh, like I said, it all depends on the context.

Three or so plushies here and there is far less concerning than all four walls covered in shelves crumbling under the weight of a billion plushies.

Then that's kinda cool. I don't care about stuffed animals but Ouija boards sometimes have interesting designs.

Better than all four walls crumbling under the weight of a billion fleshlights, I guess.

But yeah, I don't think anyone is going to think much about even a modest collection of a dozen or so.

Eh, my "I'm outta here" limit is at visible Bad Dragons, so yeah.

And yes, very few are offput by isolated plushies.

Incidentally, my wife has told me that many female residents in nursing homes (specifically memory care) love to pack around baby dolls and such. It's not quite stuffed animals but there you go. I guess even as their memory deteriorates many still have a deep desire to nurture and become quite upset if they misplace their "baby".

Sleeping with your guns is weird. I'd rather just be friends. No awkward conversations the next day, you know?

Yeah, relationships with guns tend to not end with a whimper, but with a bang.

There's also the jealousy issues. Guns tend to be pretty loose about who can play with their trigger and lubricate their bore.

Guns aren't allowed in Army barracks ironically, so that can't happen regardless.

That said, it's normal for adults to keep some firearm in the bedroom.
