Fair enough then, that teenager shouldn’t have done it. It’s called Blackout theme, it isn’t blackface, they do Whiteout theme and Hawaii theme at their basketball games all the time.

I don't consider tying yourself to construction equipment "peaceful". It's messing with someone else's property. Along the lines of blocking roadways and causing a public disturbance.
