No chance in hell.
Probably wouldn't even get past the initial pitch.

Some guys make themselves alpha. Some make them Beta. I've seen it plenty. Are we all conditioned to do this?
Ok, then who are the deltas, omegas, and gammas?
Also, if you want to go with the debunked Alpha/Beta setup, then you have to realize that betas are actually really fucking dangerous, as they're placed 2nd in the social hierarchy, not last (Which is where gammas and omegas tend to lie) and tend to take more responsibility in hunting and defending the pack than alphas do (As alphas have a tendency to be lazy bastards).

I personally view masculinity as not giving a fuck about what's considered traditionally masculine or not and just doing what you want to do.
Glad to know your opinion on what masculinity is I guess.

So a fairly small minority uses it seriously and now it isn’t a joke?

Something can be expressed both as a joke and as a serious opinion. Like anti-semitism. The problem comes when your community becomes so irony poisoned that the line between meme and serious shit vanishes altogether and the meme becomes ideology.

Just curious. I know people who aren't very socially active, who don't date people, and don't hang out with very many others. I also know people who are socially active, date/sleep with others, and are very popular.
How is labeling one beta and one alpha incorrect?

Cause I know some gay guys who would have no trouble acting out what you're describing as masculine behavior. Only difference is that they like dick.
I have no idea. I only thought of two. Alpha and beta. Apparently all the alphas and betas I've seen are fake news or something because it doesn't exist. The weird kid in high school who sat in the corner and drew furry comics got as many girls as my friend who played football and I just didn't notice because I fell for memes.

Because as stated before, betas in a pack are actually pretty fucking dangerous.
Also, for all you know, that could just be a phase. Humans have periods where their more socially active and/or less socially active. This can be caused by natural introversion/extroversion/ambiversion behavior patterns, mental health, work/school stress, etc...

It's been known to happen.
Also, why do you feel the need to call shit you don't agree with as just memes? There has to be better and more original ways to belittle something, doesn't there? Come on Arlenton, let's go, put in the work.

Why do you care what other people do with their lives?
1. I see things as masculine, so I say they are masculine.
2.I do notice social interactions that put people into those two categories. May sound dumb, but those "chad vs virgin" memes are pretty accurate to what I have encountered.
3. I prefer to live in a society that fits me. My society does. I want to keep it that way.

Anyone can be dangerous. I had a beta tell me that he'd shoot up the school and that my friend and I would be the first to go. Alphas can be dangerous too. People can be dangerous in general.
And I understand people change and go through phases. I was beta as fuck in middle school. Even until Junior year in high school I was kinda beta. I do think people can be "more beta" or "more alpha".
But is the label really incorrect? At the time, is the furry kid who doesn't hang out with anyone not beta and the football player who dates all the hot girls not alpha?

Yes, the label is incorrect. If you actually knew what you were talking about you'd use the terms Alpha and Omegas/Gammas.

1. Why do you feel the need to though?
2. Why do you feel the need to though?
3. Then enjoy China or Russia, then, as they're still big proponents or traditional masculinity. They even let you beat your wife.

For someone who claims to use it so much, you seem to be lacking in actual understanding... ugh, fine.
Debunked Alpha/Beta Social Hierarchy:
-Alpha: Head of the pack, tends to get everything first, also tends to have a lazy streak
-Beta: 2nd in command, has closer connection to pack due to usually acting as hunters/defenders, comes 2nd when getting food, is actually very friendly with alphas and vice versa
-Omegas/Gammas: last in pecking order, last to get food, unlikely to mate despite being the largest population bar none, totally submissive and used as communal scapegoat

However, as stated before, this has been debunked by modern biologists and even the person who came up with the order, as animal populations are far to complex to put into groups such as the one above.
