I just don't get why, due to this, that you want me to save the rainforest.
Because sometimes even national leaders just want to hang out

What you get in return for bringing them here is added expenses and worries, spending time on childcare and driving them around, reduced opportunities and living space, and as a bonus prize, adjusting your schedule to theirs. God forbid if the kid has health problems (e.g. me).
Not that I don't like them, it's just that it ain't really the life I wanna have.

Figure you are pissing away about 300k per kid over 20 or so years, not counting college. That is some serious cash.

Most of the stuff my parents got was actually pretty cheap (They were both practically pro-chefs, so they knew how to cook on a budget), mostly drank water, barely went clothes shopping and even if I did it was at Goodwill or Arc or something like that (IIRC, the last time I went clothes shopping was ~6 years ago), school books were provided by the school, all help stuff was covered by Medicare or ACA, never been to the dentist (Actually, I think I've gone once in 20 years), don't have enough money to get a car or insurance, and I'm actually basically getting paid to go to college.
