A whole meter here a few days ago.

I regretted every second spent outside the comfort of the college or the home, and got my car stuck many, many times.

That's right, you're a Montrealer who goes through the same shit. I spent so many years in the desert that seeing three feet of snow just cripple a city is novel.

Plus, I got to half-drunkenly ski through old town and snowboard on campus, which was surprisingly amazing, given the Charlie Sheen amounts of powder we got today. Heard y'all got some nasty freezing rain in Montreal recently, yeah?

Eh, must be following the wrong social media accounts. I fell in love with Montreal/QC the few times I visited, so I try to keep updated on the city happenings. Could've sworn I saw videos of freaky freezing rain and ice recently.

Currently, the weather is clear, there’s just snow piled two meters high everywhere that hasn’t been cleared.

I feel, the snow plows here are ridiculously outdated, we got snow up to the second floor windows some places on campus. Just gotta embrace winter, I guess.

You work for the US Government? What Department?

Also, yes, I have quite the concern with Facebook, I’m just forced to use it because most of my mates don’t have other platforms.

Here's a little poll of sorts:

Which is best
31/12/1999
12/31/1999
or 1999/12/31

It was difficult to party like it's 1999 when it was in fact 1999.

Day/month/year makes the most sense but month/day/year has a certain aesthetic that I appreciate. Also I'm American

But, also, consider: 1999/31/12 year/day/month
