The rally and subsequent march got many attendees from black and hispanic backgrounds, and was almost completely ignored by the media, which is why I assume you’ve never heard of it. Just saying the dems counting on minorities to vote for them may no longer be a safe bet

There are people from those backgrounds who vote Republican. But the GOP assuming minority voters will back them based on that may not work as well as they think.

Policies are what will change their minds, and actions. Not just saying the other guy sucks. Because if they think they suck less than you, then nothing changes.

That election wasn't really on the up and up. Florida is a massive swing state and looks to stay that way.


That and Gillum did the best of any Democrat over the past 25 years, so a blue swing looks to be coming.

I asked her once why she supported Trump and she said: “I came the US to escape crazy high taxes and huge, restricting governments. I am not about to see the US become one.” I hope that sentiment holds true for many other immigrant voters.

The Democratic Party should also earn it, instead of fear mongering and promising things that appeal to blacks like reparations. I want one of the Democratic Party candidates whos platform includes reparations to explain how they expect to have that work.

Sure. They do goof on occasion. Just like normal citizens are occasionally taken into custody wrongly. This is just part of large organizations tasked with law inforcement. They goof every now and then. Also, he wasn’t deported, just detained. That is literally no different than being wrongly arrested.

This is no different than normal US law except you are being deported, not sentenced to prison. The only reason why there is a differentiation is because the left loves to tell people they are victims and that they are powerless. This is simply false.

Some of the people wrongly arrested are also wrongly convicted. So it follows that some of the people picked up by ICE are wrongly deported.
