Secret Nation Classifications?

Recently I made a new puppet state (The Armed Republic of Fila Eur) and after solving the 4 issues given at the beginning, I had noticed that the classification had somehow changed, making it so that instead of it being "The Armed Republic of Fila Eur", it was known as "The Jingoistic States of Fila Eur", meaning that I had somehow unlocked a secret classification.

Don't say that I'm lying. If you search Fila Eur, you will see that it only has a population of 5 million.

Anyway, the question is, has anyone else discovered any other secret nation classifications? If so, please let me know, as I'm really curious

You can change the nation classification to whatever you want in the settings screen.

But this thread is in completely the wrong section of the forums. It probably needs to be in gameplay or something. I will ask for it to be towed.

Probably you misclicked on the nation creation screen. IIRC "Jingoistic States" and "Armed Republic" are right next to each other on the nation type dialog. It's not in any way "secret."

Yeah, I think this is all a big song and dance about a simple case of misclicking something and not realising it.
