You forget that the current folk staffing the White House are different then the lot that came with Trump to the White House. Off the top of my head, Ben Carson's been a surprisingly quiet constant, but that's about it.

I believe Carson is currently busy investigating his theory that the Romans built the Leaning Tower of Pisa to store macaroni, doesn't leave him much time to make awkward headlines.

That is pretty much all that is left in the Administration, the lackeys and incompetents who keep their heads down. Anyone with any remaining spine, or who got too much attention for their idiocy, is gone.
