This isn't a dilemma at all. I give her nothing - she knew the risks of entering the tournament. She herself said she was 'determined' to do anything to win, and then she lost. Sorry, she knew what she was getting into, she played, she gambled, she lost. Now she deals with the consequences on her own. I don't go to Atlantic City, win, then bail-out all the people who lost when they went into the game with eyes wide open from the start, that's just absurd.

Not to mention if I already got screwed because I was promised 2 billion but corruption and taxation meant I only got a fraction of it (10 million) then I sure as hell am not giving a single cent to someone who was determined to kill me and then lost fair and square. Sorry, not sorry.

If I were in her shoes I'd either request/bribe for a Brompton Cocktail and whatever drugs it'd take to put me down, or I'd be breaking out of the hospital guns blazing until I'm eventually killed and die in a pool of blood in a hospital corridor or out in the streets. There are lots of people out there who have medical bills, are homeless or are living in poverty I could give my money too. And most of them didn't (a) threaten to kill me and (b) didn't start out fine but entered a risky, life-threatening competition intending to get richer with their eyes wide open to the risks of the endeavour.

It's doable. Snatch a scalpel or other sharp weapon and keep it hidden. Ask to be alone with a doctor, say you're feeling some sort of tightness or something. Let him get close to check you out. Pull out the weapon and bring it to his neck. Ideally if it's the scalpel then you don't even need to worry about how hard you'd have to fight with him; it'd be very easy to kill him. Then make demands. Maybe you have some people on the inside that can help. There are ways to go about it if you're creative enough.
