Ugh yeah you're probably right. And legal judgments are generally very easy to misconstrue to a public that won't bother reading the actual judgment, which makes the agenda-pushing that much easier.

There was a thread here a few months ago about an American architect who happened to be Muslim who refused to shake hands at the end of her interview and got her application rejected for it, so she decided to sue? I'm not sure I got it right entirely, but it's apparently a Muslim thing.

I see...well people who will refuse to ever touch someone from the opposite sex are gonna have serious trouble integrating into mainstream society that is largely gender-egalitarian, so many events will be off the table for an entire community.
