Barszcz, kompot, sauerkraut, pierogi, carp with mushrooms, golabki, mushroom soup, kutia, gingerbread, and poppy seed cake. We used to have all of these things on Christmas Eve, but now we do some of these on Christmas day, unless there's a big family gathering.
