If you do not support gay marriage, they will say you have a mental disorder according to the clinical guides. Once polyamory or whatever gets officially considered queer, and bigamy is considered a Constitutional right in the U.S. under the 14th Amendment, it's possible we'd see something similar there. Some today say it is wrong to expect transsexuals to tell those they're dating that they're trans, the same logic will be applied to "polyamors".
And before anyone says "slippery slope fallacy," I might remind you that there is nothing illogical about presuming trends continue based on their previous history. The left wing notion of "progress" is based precisely on slippery slope thinking, only positive.
I like to imagine homophobia as a word that means what it looks like it means = fear of gay people, rather than just some lousy word for people who hate gays. I like to imagine I can pop around a corner wearing a pink shirt and saying "ooga booga" and causing somebody to shit their pants because they're so scared of me doing that.
Literally, that's what 'homophobia' means. People who hate gays should be known as 'anti-homosexuals'
