Which you need to pay lots of money to repair if you don't have insurance, and could raise your insurance premiums if you do and the damage via riot causes your insurance company to re-evaluate how dangerous the area you live in is. yes but they are doing it in a bad way. I say we increase tax on cars themselves and then we should give public transport more funding. it's a sorta lose-win-win
