It simply is not fair for a party to get the most votes for the legislature and not a majority like in Wisconsin this year were Democrats got 54 percent of the vote but not a majority

Um no. We need to change the voting system to either MMP or Party list proportional voting for the House and STV for the senate. The president should be elected by a two round system.

This would effectively break the two party system entirely
