For me, the US two-party system is a bit irrational. It increases polarization and bars people from having more nuanced views. The alt-right republicans should get their own party, the moderates on both sides also should have their own parties, same with Occupy Democrats. And the libertarians

The parties in the U.S. are more coalitions than parties in the Continental sense

I don't support either service and I'm a mild agoraphobic. Being in a car with a stranger just sounds terrifying.

Independent is actually a far right party, it doesn't mean non partisan. Lmao, their rolls are filled with people who don't know that.

This is literally wrong.

The party is the American Independent Party which is different from the Independent political affiliation that Sanders and most people are registered under.

Why wouldn't you take a Uber or Lyft if its free? I don't understand what you mean by not supporting it.

Solution:

-Build a time machine
-Go to the future
-Get a teleportation device
-Return to the present
-Use the teleportation device to reach the polls
-Get "I Voted" sticker to rub in everyone's face
-???
-Go to the past and kill robot Hitler (don't ask)
-Profit

Probably doesn't like their business practices, presumably related to how they treat their workers. And he already mentioned mild agoraphobia, so getting in a stranger's car would be a hard sell even if he liked the companies.

And public transportation with a lot of strangers would be non-starter.

That would depend on how crowded it would be.

But I'm not the topic of this thread, even though I am my favorite subject we should get back on track.

Here's what to do if you're turned away at the polls

https://www.cnn.com/2018/11/01/politics ... index.html

I'm not sure about this. This seems like more fear mongering than fact. I havnt heard of anyone being turned away that registered and have a photo ID except in a couple states where the secretary of state was an arse

In New York ID is only required for first time voters and it doesnt have to be a photo id.

Tennessee requires a photo I'd everytime. Fine with me, tho they should make state iDs free so theres no poll tax issue.

I'm not sure it's fear mongering. My wife was about turned away from the polls when she first moved back to the US, because she has a notable accent.

If it weren't for the progressively getting angrier white guy standing behind her, they might have illegally denied her the right to vote.

Hasn't happened after the first time though.
Venicilian: wow. Jesus hung around with everyone. boys, girls, rich, poor(mostly), sick, healthy, etc. in fact, i bet he even went up to gay people and tried to heal them so they would be straight.
The Parkus Empire: Being serious on NSG is like wearing a suit to a nude beach.
New Kereptica: Since power is changed energy over time, an increase in power would mean, in this case, an increase in energy. As energy is equivalent to mass and the density of the government is static, the volume of the government must increase.

I would have no issue with photo IDs if there were provided for free when you register like what they do in Canada.

Better yet, give them out to every citizen when they turn 18 and have them be replaced for freee!

I would have no issue with that either. Every state ought to pass automatic voter registration.

No it’s called the American Independent Party or the Independent Party of America. Just saying I’m independent is not apart of a political party
