And since her magic is very powerful, I may one day convince her to reverse time and rise to power but without the genocide. Then I've stopped a genocide! That's pretty good, I think I'd feel good about myself for that. Then deeply in love with me, Annie would give me an arcane bond (that's a Dishonored term, it just means she would share her magic with me).

Her and I will wield our magic not to murder millions of people but rather to seize a good deal of land for a future anarchist paradise. I want Florida because that's where I'm from, a chunk of the Caribbean, probably all the states around the Gulf of Mexico and some of the American South as a buffer zone. It will become an anarchist market state in which workers collectively own their businesses and compete against each other in a free market and the only law is to not cause harm to other people. There's universal basic income so work is optional, all drugs are legal, and we only use force to deal with murderers, rapists, and others who persist in doing harm. There are no prisons or death penalty in our land, such people would find themselves exiled instantly, magically transported to another part of the world.

Everyone here is forgetting the obvious: you can complete all the objectives and still be able to shoot the two that didn't die with three rounds from the glock 43. Marry the rich person and kill them. Possibly going to jail is better than inevitably going to jail because you're part of a criminal organization and living your life in fear. If apprehended, I would plead guilty for 2nd degree murder. Either way, I would make sure that any attempt on my life wouldn't be worth the risk.
