Why is it bad to have employees? If you don't exploit them and you give them a fair wage then it's okay, you aren't forcing them to work nor taking advantage of them.

Possibly we need to see the worst of it once in a while to understand that votes have consequences, and potentially this will swing back to more centrist and moderate politics.

Who said it's forever?
And no,you can't just implement alternative or decide which is better, when the economic decisions of a country start putting it ahead of the others then a new, better economic system will be born.
You can't force an economic change,it took time for capitalism to surpass feudalism.

I'm not an economist, let alone an expert in Marxist economic theory, but IIRC it's assumed that, in principle, if you are turning a profit, you are not giving your employees a fair wage. And there's a libertarian/anarchist argument that could be made, that a business in which the owner has absolute power over the employees by virtue of owning the means of production, however small the business may be, is an inherently tyrannical and unjust hierarchy, and that it would be better for the functioning of the business to be more horizontal and democratic.

Have found videos of certain people in the US that are angry since they say that there private property is not really theirs. That it can never really be theirs since they have to pay the government (State/local) property taxes each year. If they do not pay it they get to lose there private property.

If employees deserve more money then they deserve less money when the profits go down.

Yeah, why formally call for it when you can put up a facade and do it later?

Authoritarianism begets authoritarianism, not liberty.

So official signs of authoritarianism prevail over subjective ones when calling for the most anti-liberty candidate? TIL.

Not to say that given its composition, the Congress will likely only filter and pass reforms that improve economic freedom :)
