Don't do it, I double barrelled with my spouse. It's funny for five forms or so until it suddenly and resolutely becomes very annoying instead.

It’s not something that requires thought or anything, you just do things. If you have a camera, go out on a hike or something and take photos of things while keeping things like composition in mind. If you have an instrument, learn how to play it or get one that looks fun. Alternatively you can make electronic music.

You can also learn a new language
