Well I tried to sleep and got a couple hours but now I feel awful as fuck for doing that, and I might have fucked up my circadian rhythm even more. Seriously people send me some help.

What exactly is the problem? If it's insomnia, then I'd say - though I wouldn't recommend - a hard reset. Go for a full night without sleep, try to keep yourself up for the whole day, and sleep early as soon as the sun sets.
