Had to do a lab safety training.

Did you know it's a bad idea to let liquid nitrogen to touch your skin? I know, shocking.

There's less obvious stuff you need to be mindful of, like beta-mercaptoethanol and acrylamide.

Both are used quite commonly so there's a high chance you become complacent when for instance you're doing a bunch of gels in a day.

It might seem excessive but stupid shit does happen, like glass bottles of an acrylamide mixture exploding in the microwave because people forgot to loosen the cap before putting it in.

I was in this state of the art hospital in China. Actually, I was kidnapped and somehow became a guinea pig for an experiment they were running.

Apparently, they are trying to research on this type of medication/vaccine that will heal you of all the diseases. Problem is, it involves stabbing several needles deep into my upper body, WITH FEW STRAIGHT INTO MY HEART.

They did just that on me. There were some protests about how they are "doing it too early on me and pushing me too far", but the ones running it basically ignored the protests.

And there I was, dying from the piercing pain.
