How so? Using tear gas in law enforcement and riot control is perfectly legal and widely used by free and democratic countries. Because it is much better than alternative methods.

I am not against immigrants or asylum seekers, who follow the law. But they need to follow the law. Most do. But obviously some did not, and choose to commit crimes while endangering their children. Of course those who did this will not be getting asylum. So it was very stupid on their part.
